Return and Refund Policy
At NextPromise Life, we are committed to delivering high-quality insurance services that meet the expectations and needs of our clients. However, due to the nature of the services we provide—namely, personalized and regulated life insurance products—our return and refund policy is structured to reflect the unique characteristics of service-based offerings rather than the return of physical goods.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that all life insurance policies and related offerings are customized, service-based transactions. These services often involve underwriting, risk assessment, policy issuance, and compliance with state and federal insurance regulations. As such, the right to a return or refund is limited and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, based solely on the specific service rendered, applicable regulatory conditions, and the timing of cancellation or withdrawal.
If you believe that you have grounds for a refund or cancellation, you must contact us in writing at matthewkubicek15@gmail.com within 30 calendar days from the effective date of the policy or service delivery. All requests must include your full name, policy number (if applicable), the nature of your concern, and any documentation that supports your claim. Submission of a refund or cancellation request does not guarantee approval. Requests received after the 30-day window may not be eligible for consideration, except where mandated by applicable state laws or regulatory directives.
Once your request is received, it will be reviewed for eligibility based on the service performed, the terms of the agreement, and any costs already incurred. Services that have already been materially performed or delivered—such as approved policy issuance, consultations, underwriting analysis, or risk evaluations—may not be eligible for refund due to the irreversible nature of such professional services. However, if we determine that a billing error occurred, or if a service was paid for but not rendered, a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of confirmation. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the transaction. If you have not received a refund within 15 business days after our confirmation of approval, please contact us at matthewkubicek15@gmail.com.
This policy applies only to clients based in the United States. If you are a customer residing within the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day right of cancellation under applicable EU consumer protection laws, beginning from the date the service agreement is confirmed. In such cases, a full refund may be issued if no portion of the services has been performed. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.
We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
