Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
At NextPromise Life, we provide professional life insurance services, which are delivered through secure digital and administrative channels rather than the physical shipment of goods. As such, the traditional concept of “shipping” does not apply in the manner it would for tangible products. However, we recognize the importance of transparency and clarity in communicating the manner and timeline by which clients can expect to receive relevant documentation, policy materials, and service-related communications.
Upon successful completion of the application process and underwriting approval, clients will receive confirmation of policy issuance via email, along with a digital copy of their insurance policy and any related materials. These documents are typically delivered within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the policy, regulatory requirements, and completeness of the application submitted. In some cases, physical copies of insurance policies may also be mailed to the policyholder’s address on file, particularly when required by state insurance regulations or at the client’s explicit request.
All digital policy documents and service correspondence are transmitted through secure, encrypted systems to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your personal and financial information. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, including mailing address and email, to avoid delays or miscommunication regarding policy delivery. NextPromise Life is not liable for any delays resulting from incomplete applications, inaccurate contact information, third-party service interruptions, or regulatory processing times beyond our control.
In the event that a client does not receive their digital policy documentation within 10 business days of approval, they should contact our office immediately at matthewkubicek15@gmail.com to request a status update or a reissuance of the documents. Physical mailings, when applicable, will be processed using standard postal services unless otherwise arranged in advance. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery of all correspondence, NextPromise Life does not guarantee specific delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers, weather conditions, or external logistical disruptions.
Please note that we do not charge clients separate fees for digital delivery of policy documents or service communications. Any fees associated with expedited physical mailing or special delivery requests may be billed separately, with the client’s consent. This policy applies exclusively to the delivery of service-related materials and not to the sale or shipment of physical merchandise, as NextPromise Life does not engage in the distribution or retail sale of physical products.
This Shipping Policy is subject to change without notice. Clients are encouraged to review the most current version available on our website. If you have any questions regarding this policy or the delivery of your policy documents, please contact our support team at matthewkubicek15@gmail.com.
